The Lassiter's went to the Creekside Blues and Jazz festival today. As you can tell by the picture it has been a pretty rough day. We ate Smackey's ribs (best in 10 counties) and had lemon shake-ups and ice-cream.We arrived early to try to beat the heat and the mob. The blues and jazz music hadn't really fired up yet, so we parked in the shade by the community stage. They have all kinds of music there; 50's and 70's music etc. We had a good relaxing time and got lots of goodies. They always have these booths with bunches of giveaways.
